You can donate to our local campaign through our website, simply by clicking on the DONATE button. All monetary donations will go directly to our local campaign account and will be used to bring smiles to our local children this holiday season.

Receiving Toys

Families desiring assistance through the Toys for Tots program may sign up directly through our website by clicking on the "Apply for Toys" link above. Deadline for submissions is Dec. 9.

The annual collection will take place through Dec. 19 with drop-off points at various locations in Randolph County.

Donated toys will be collected and sorted by volunteers. The distribution center site will be the Phil Gainer Community Center in Elkins. The distribution event will be a drive-thru.  

Toys will be distributed to families December 22. Families with last name beginning from A-G will be from 8 a.m. to 11am. Those with last names beginning H-M will be from 11am-2pm. Families with last name from N-Z will be from 2pm to 5pm.  Every family must have a photo ID to receive toys.

To sign up, to make arrangements to pick up toys or for further information, please call designated Toys for Tots phone lines at (304) 591-1410, or (304) 636-4454 between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. No deliveries of toys will be made and all toys must be picked up at the Toys for Tots distribution site at the Phil Gainer Community Center. 

The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt nonprofit charity, is the authorized fund-raising and support organization for the U.S. Marines Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. The foundation’s tax-exempt number is 20 3021444001. Any individual, business or corporation desiring to make a charitable donation to the Toys for Tots Program may mail or submit contributions to the Phil Gainer Community Center at 142 Robert E. Lee Ave. Ext. Elkins, WV 26241, telephone (304) 591.1410. Checks should be written out to the Marine Toys For Tots Foundation.
